Ravi is responsible for the ideation and development of Products at iYogi. In his last assignment, Ravi was responsible for program managing and implementing Convergys’ remote support project charted to centralize IT support for over 60,000 Convergys users in India. Ravi has more than 10 years of experience in IT Operations Management in companies such as Wipro and Aptech. Ravi has a Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Economics from Delhi University and has completed his Post Graduation in Computer Applications. He enjoys a quiet game of Billiards when he is not travelling.
