iYogi, an on-demand tech support company, today announced the addition of Harpreet Bhinder as its Senior Vice President, Channel Services. Harpreet will be responsible for managing integration and delivery with iYogi’s channel partners including software publishers, hardware manufacturers and retailers. iYogi’s subscription based tech support services are currently available in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia and are expected to expand to additional geographies.
In addition to marketing its services directly to customers over the Internet, iYogi has entered into several relationships with partners in several countries. iYogi works closely with these partners to tailor its service offerings to the channel partner’s products, and directly offer services to their customers.

With almost two decades of experience in the hospitality, telecom and the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, Harpreet has deep exposure and understanding of customer practices across technology, telecom, retail and credit card industries. Prior to joining iYogi, Harpreet was the India Business Unit head at Hewitt Associates where he was responsible for managing a 1600 people operation spread across three locations as well as servicing clients in the US, Canada, United Kingdom and APAC. Prior to joining Hewitt Associates, Harpreet held several India-based leadership positions across multiple industries, including positions at Hewlett Packard, Spectramind, Progeon and Tata Teleservices.
