iYogi launches Digital Service Cloud to enhance Service Innovation

By offering its cloud-based application, DSC helps these companies to accurately predict customer requirements using integrated customer mapping and predictive analytic tools.

According to iYogi, DSC has a proven capability to increase customer lifetime and value, and can generate operating income between USD15 and USD20 for every customer interaction. 
Since Digital Service Cloud is a SaaS solution, the organizations will be able to integrate it with its existing contact centre infrastructure. It can also help companies to transform the customer support process, and their business.
